Jarrad specializes in designing commercial, mixed-use, and multi-family developments, single-family residential homes, and working with non-profit organizations within the community. His 20 years of experience have allowed him to forge strong professional relationships that are key to adhering to each projects scope, schedule, budget, and code compliance requirements.
In addition to architectural design, Jarrad has extensive hands-on construction experience in residential home building, custom millwork design, production, and installation. Including million-dollar custom millwork packages located in Manhattan. This fusion of hands-on experience and architectural knowledge allows each project to be thought through on both tactical and strategic levels, delivering his clients precise and reliable results.
