Congratulations to Arhaus on your new home at the Culver Road Armory!
Recently, Hanlon Architects renderings of the North Shore project on Canandaigua Lake, were featured on the front page of the Democrat and Chronicle. As the completion of Building II at the Culver Road Armory approaches, here's a look back through the progression of the space.
A dynamic project on the boards, Court Street Apartments with Morgan Management, is currently in the design phase. The retail and apartment building will reside beside Dinosaur Bar-B-Que at Court Street and South Avenue.
Last night Morgan Management and Hanlon Architects met before the Rochester Preservation Board for the 933 University Avenue project. The board gave conditional approval with a 7-0 vote, expressing positive support for the project to continue moving forward. This project has evolved over the past 12 months as it met with neighborhood groups, city planning commission, environmental committees as well as the preservation board. Final approval is needed for exterior materials and other final details. Project is expected to begin construction in 2014.
We love our new space and all the light that comes in during the day. It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas around here at Hanlon Architects!
